Inside the vessel, you'll find amenities such as a toilet (only at Black Swan) and shower facilities, ensuring your comfort throughout the journey. For those seeking extra thrills, we offer additional amenities such as stand-up paddleboards (SUP), inflatable mattresses, and water skis, available upon request. With a fuel consumption rate of 2 liters per nautical mile, our vessel ensures both efficiency and performance on the water, allowing you to explore the seas with ease and confidence.
Cancellation Policy
1. General Booking Conditions • Reservations can be made via our website, over the phone, or in person. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. 2. Cancellation Policy • Customers are permitted to cancel their booking without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the rental. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time will incur a fee of 50% of the booking cost. • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start time or for no-shows. 3. Rescheduling Policy • Bookings can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without any additional charges, subject to availability. • Rescheduling within 12 hours of the start time may be subject to a fee and is also dependent on availability. 4. Fuel Policy • The cost of fuel is not included in the booking price. • Fuel usage is estimated at approximately 2 liters per nautical mile. • Renters are responsible for refueling the boat to the departure level at the end of the rental period. 5. Conduct and Safety • All crew members must comply with the captain’s orders at all times. • The captain has the right to enforce safety measures and conduct rules, including returning to the dock if necessary. • Passengers must adhere to all safety instructions and use provided safety equipment. 6. Damage and Liability • Renters are liable for any damages to the boat or its equipment during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. • A security deposit may be required, which will be fully refundable post-rental, provided no damages or losses are incurred. • Optional damage waiver insurance is available for purchase at the time of booking. 7. Additional Provisions • Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are prohibited on board. • Pets are not allowed on the boat. • Operating the boat under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
